Refund & Returns Policy

At Galan, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund under the terms outlined below.
Please note that this policy applies to purchases made directly from our website.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

In their original packaging with all labels and tags attached

Free from odours, stains, marks, or any sign that would indicate prior use
3. Timeframe for Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the above conditions are met.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Faulty items may be returned outside of the standard timeframe in accordance with your statutory rights.
4. How to Return an Item

The item(s) you wish to return and reason
Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide you with return instructions. Repackage your item(s) in the original zip bag, inside a mailer bag of your choice.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt of your returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase.
Original delivery charges will be refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect. If you used a promotional code or discount on your order, your refund will reflect the net amount paid.
6. Exchanges
At this time, Galan does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes incurred during return transit.
Please clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid delays or additional customs charges.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, use the contact form page providing photos and order details.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items and offer either a full refund or replacement, depending on stock availability.
9. Non-Compliance
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including items that show signs of wear, use, modification, or are returned outside the 14-day window.
10. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
